Hand-crocheted by three women over 130 hours in an open seashell stitch, the Tiana Dress is complete with capiz shell details applied by hand throughout, and clear sequins that catch the light. A crossover halter ties at the nape and frames a keyhole at the bust, and the back falls away in a low scoop.
