US Customers

All orders ship from our U.S. warehouse in California, with no additional duties. We offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $250. For orders under $250, ground shipping is available for $10 and express shipping for $15.

Delivery timeline is 4 -10 days for Complimentary Ground orders and Express Orders are 2 - 3 days. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding any holidays. During high volume periods, shipping delays may occur and product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Complimentary shipping on all orders $250+.

Standard shipping is $10.

 Express 2-3 day service is $15.

Canada

Complimentary on orders over $350 CAD, $20 CAD flat rate thereunder. 

Australia

Complimentary on orders over $280 AUD, $18.5 AUD flat rate thereunder. 

New Zealand

Complimentary on orders over $400 NZD, $25 NZD flat rate thereunder. 

Europe

Complimentary on orders over €300 EUR for most of EU, €15 EUR flat rate thereunder. 

United Kingdom 

Complimentary on orders over £200 GBP, £13 GBP flat rate thereunder. 

United Arab Emirates 

Complimentary on orders over AED 1230, AED 70 flat rate thereunder. 

Rest of the world

Complimentary on orders over $250 USD for most other countries (not listed above), $15 USD flat rate thereunder.

Route Coverage

  • We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection so you have additional coverage once your order leaves our hands. By declining package protection, Asta Resort is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen. We will not replace or refund items after being marked as delivered.
  • Please note, if you opted for Route coverage, this fee is non-refundable if you return your items.

What is Route Coverage?

Route coverage is an optional insurance service that provides protection for your package during transit. It ensures that you are covered in case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. You will be given an option to opt for Route prior to checkout. 

How does Route coverage benefit me?

  • Protection Against Loss: If your package gets lost/damaged or stolen during shipping, Route coverage helps you get a replacement or refund. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
  • Peace of Mind: With Route coverage, you can shop confidently knowing that you are protected against unexpected issues with your shipment.

How do I know if my order is covered by Route?

You can check if your order is covered by Route by reviewing your order confirmation email or checking your order details on our website. Route coverage is an optional add-on, so if you opted for it during checkout, your package is covered.

What should I do if I need to file a claim with Route?

To file a claim, visit Route’s website and follow their instructions for submitting a claim. You will need your order number and details about the issue with your package.

When Should I file a claim?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen):

Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost):

For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 30 days from the order date.

For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 30 days from the order date.

Damaged:

Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

Is Route coverage refundable if I return my items?

No, the Route coverage fee is non-refundable even if you return the items. Route coverage is a separate service provided for transit protection, and it remains in effect regardless of the return status of your items.
