  • All orders are shipped through the DHL Express international network which generally deliver within 4-5 business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 
  • After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This can be used to track your parcel - please check your junk mail. 
  • Asta Resort is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipments. Please check with your country's tax authorities. Unfortunately, we are not able to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. Orders with unpaid duties returned to Asta will incur 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed. 
  • Asta Resort is not responsible for any packages after being marked as delivered, nor responsible for any delayed shipments. Please ensure to order to a designated unit number/door code and avoid ordering to public environments such as hotels.
  • Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

ASTA RESORT uses DHL Express for all orders. We generally deliver all orders within 4-5 working days. At present, please allow up to 3 days additionally for order processing and handling. 

There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control and the responsibility of the customer.

Our warehouse is closed over public holiday periods. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.
