Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from the US and most orders have duties and taxes included. Orders are shipped via on-the-ground and express couriers, UPS/USPS, DHL Express or Fedex (USA) which generally deliver within 4-7 business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that there might be delays during peak sale periods such as Black Friday. Kindly note, our warehouse does not ship on weekends and to exclude these dates from processing times.

Things to note
- We generally deliver all orders within 4-7 working days. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
- We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection so you have additional coverage once your order leaves our hands. By declining package protection, Asta Resort is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen. We will not replace or refund items after being marked as delivered.
- Please ensure to order to a designated unit number/door code and avoid ordering to public environments such as hotels.
- Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.
- Our warehouse is closed over public holiday periods. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
- Please note that our warehouse can take up to 1-2 business days for packing and handling before your order is dispatched.
- Please note that not all packages require a signature upon delivery. We recommend ensuring that you or someone else is available at your shipping address to claim your package to prevent any issues with delivery.
