Shipping & Delivery

From us to you. Your Asta pieces delivered fast and duties-paid.

  • When you shop at ASTA RESORT, All orders are shipped from the US with duties and taxes included* through our on-the-ground and express couriers, UPS/USPS, DHL Express or Fedex (USA) which generally deliver within 4-7 business days after your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Kindly note, our warehouse does not ship on weekends and to exclude these dates from processing times.

  • After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This can be used to track your parcel - please check your junk mail. 

  • Duties and taxes are now included in your final payment at checkout with the exception of Brazil, this means no surprises from the post office.

  • At present, please allow up to 48 hours order processing and dispatching.

United States of America Complimentary shipping on orders over $250USD. Standard shipping $10USD or Fedex 2-day service $15USD.
Canada
Complimentary on orders over $410CAD, $15CAD flat rate thereunder. 
Australia
Complimentary on orders over $280AUD, $25AUD flat rate thereunder. 
New Zealand
Complimentary on orders over $320NZD, $25NZD flat rate thereunder. 
Europe
Complimentary on orders over €300EUR, €15EUR flat rate thereunder. 
United Kingdom 
Complimentary on orders over £230GBP, £10GBP flat rate thereunder. 
United Arab Emirates 
Complimentary on orders over $1230DIR, $70DIR flat rate thereunder. 
Rest of the world
Complimentary on orders over $200USD, $7USD ground rate or $15USD express. 

Things to note

  • We generally deliver all orders within 4-7 working days. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.

  • We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection so you have additional coverage once your order leaves our hands. By declining package protection, Asta Resort is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen. We will not replace or refund items after being marked as delivered.

  • Please ensure to order to a designated unit number/door code and avoid ordering to public environments such as hotels.

  • Once your package has been shipped out and handed to the respective courier, you cannot change the shipping method.

  • Our warehouse is closed over public holiday periods. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

  • Please note that our warehouse can take up to 1-2 business days for packing and handling before your order is dispatched.

  • Please note that not all packages require a signature upon delivery. We recommend ensuring that you or someone else is available at your shipping address to claim your package to prevent any issues with delivery.
